Prior to joining Paul Semonin REALTORS®, I spent 26 years in the Wholesale Spirit and Wine business.

• 2 Years in Sales
• 13 Years as Sales Manager
• 2 Years as General Manager - Newport Facility
• 9 Years as Senior General Manager with 4 General Managers reporting directly to myself.

Since joining the Semonin team.

• Breckenridge Office Rookie of the Year - 1997
• Top Producer - 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000
• Managing Broker - 2001

Life is to short not to enjoy it.  My personal hobbies are:

• Golfing
• Traveling
• Sporting Events

I am a Louisville native and an alumnus of St. Xavier High School and Bellarmine University.  In 1960, I married Carolyn Stemler of Jeffersonville, IN.  We have four children and nine grandchildren.
